tdf_duct_sample TDF Ductwork
"Transverse Duct Flange" is a 4 bolt duct connection system that eliminates time and waste. Rather than using separate connectors to assemble your system, TDF® flanges are rollformed onto duct during the manufacturing process. This connection minimizes leakage and installation costs.
s_and_drive_duct_sample Slip and Drive Ductwork
Cleats manufactures all slip and drive connectors you need to meet your specifications. Connectors can be shipped cut-to-length at your request to minimize field assembly time and reduce material waste costs.

Raw End Ductwork
We will also manufacture ductwork with raw ends and supply you with required connectors.

sealant_bead Snap Lock Seam - Pittsburg Seam - Sealant
You may choose between a Pittsburg or Snap Lock seam for your duct work. If you require your seams to be sealed, our sealant is a synthetic polymer-based, non-oxidizing, non-drying sealant that is applied to duct joints at the roll-forming line.

Material
We manufacture duct using many different materials and thicknesses that we keep in stock. Coil line duct is available in galvanized steel in gauges ranging from 26 to 18. PVC and Paint Grip duct can be manufactured in gauges from 24 to 18 on the coil line. Alumium duct is available in thicknesses ranging from .032 to .050. Stainless steel can be fabricated in gauges ranging from 26 to 22. We also fabricate black iron duct in gauges ranging from 16 to 12. Coil line duct is available in both 5' and 6' lengths.

Duct Liner
Cleats stocks a large amount of duct liner. You may specify thickness, density, and material to meet your specifications. Anything from 1/2" up to 2" thickness is available upon your request. Our liner is applied with 100% adhesive coverage and both of our coil lines use weld pins for the most secure method of fastening.

Tie Rod / Angle Iron Reinforcement
We will reinforce duct with internal tie rods or external angle iron in accordance with SMACNA standards or per your specifications.

Assembly
Cleats will ship ductwork with any of the above optionsto your jobsite knocked down. Upon request, we will assemble your ductwork prior to shipment for an additional charge. This greatly reduces field labor time and helps minimize and control your costs in a competitive marketplace.
