Terms
All sales are C.O.D. until an account is established. Full payment is due for each shipment 30 days from invoice date.

Pricing
All proposals are valid for 15 days from issue date. Any changes to quantities or product specifications will require an adjustment to price.

Shipping
All shipping are F.O.B. Cleats Mfg. Inc. Shipping is available in the Chicagoland area for an additional charge.

Specifications
The customer is responsible to determine that the proper material and assembly procedures are followed to meet local codes and the current SMACNA standards.
